*~*~ Welcome to Jazzie's World! ~*~*
This is MY place. About ME. This will be a uncensored haven for my view of the world, and a glimpse into the sometimes isolated and certainly quirky place where I spend my days.
My name is Jazmyn Webb.
No, this is not the name I was born with. It is not the name that I chose to go by in my teenage years either. This is the third birth, the third creation of the person that I am and have struggled to be in my 40-plus years on this planet called Earth.
This is ME.
Jasmine-Rose = Jazmynroez
Jasmine is a very deep and thoughtful flower.
I love the scent, which is the original reason I chose it as "my flower" but once I looked up what it stood for, I was even more sure it fit who I was and who I wished to be.
White Jasmine or Indian Jasmine stands for: amiability (cheerfulness), attachement and sensuality.
Yellow Jasmine stands for: Grace and Elegance.
Spanish Jasmine stands for: Sensuality.
These are qualities that often escape me, or are a challenge for me. I suppose sensuality comes easily to me, but the others? ...not so much. I struggle to be cheerful despite pain and challenge. I am afraid of attachement and the pain that I feel evenually comes from it through abandonment and loss. And well, grace and elegance are not words that are usually chosen to describe me.
The rose is my favorite flower.
Roses stand for many things, depending on their color and shape. The traditional red rose as is shown above [the "Mister Lincoln Rose" as an example] stands for: Love, Passion, and Perfection. While love challenges my perceptions often, Passion is something I have more than enough of on more than one level, and Perfection? This is something I strive for in every moment of my waking and even sleeping existence. This is my chosen name. My chosen personnae.
Jazmyn Roez Webb: born in May of the year 2000.

Chyrsanthemums were my Gram's favorite flowers. She told me that they were a flower of thought and emotion and logic and meditation. According to my own search, Chrysanthemums, or just Mums as they are known here in the Midwest, stand for: cheerfulness, optimism, rest, truth, long life, and joy. Thats a pretty big mouthful for such a flower but, well earned. In Asia they are also known as the flower of meditation. As I grew up around them, I also learned that they are the ant's dream flower, and where there are Mums, there are LOTS of ants. I came to dislike them for that reason, due to my particular dislike of the bug.
However, ants are an important creature in God's Garden, and perhaps part of the reason my Gram's garden grew so well. I have come over the years to appreciate them, and look forward to seeing them every spring. They also stand for qualities that are a challenge for me and thus, why they are featured here.
We all could use a little more truth and cheerfulness, yeah?
What's your flower? Why? You might be amazed to discover bits about yourself from what they stand for, and why you like them. Think about it.
:)
Welcome to my site. Welcome to my World.
Dreams
Oh my life is changing everyday
Every possible way
Though my dreams, its never quite as it seems
I know I felt like this before
But now I'm feeling it even more
Because it came from you
Then I open up and see
The person fumbling here is me
A different way to be
I want more, impossible to ignore
Impossible to ignore
They'll come true, impossible not to do
Impossible not to do
Now I tell you openly
You have my heart so don't hurt me
For what I couldn't find
Talk to me amazing mind
So understanding and so kind
You're everything to me
Oh my life is changing everyday
Every possible way
Though my dreams, it's never quite as it seems
'cause you're a dream to me
Dream to me
